Celeriac mash

By Catherine Lee, 07 December 2011 – 0 comment

bulb of Celeriac, peeled and diced

1 tsp of French Mustard, optional

Peel and chop the celeriac into chunks. Place them in boiling water for around 15 minutes until they break easily with a fork. Then you mash the life out of them! And keep mashing until you get a creamy consistency. You could add butter, cream or milk, or some french mustard.
