Growing Well for the community

Growing Well is an Industrial and Provident Society for the Benefit of the Community.  What that means in normal language is that everything we own and earn is held for the benefit of the community for ever.  We are a membership organisation, and our members elect our board of directors every year at our annual general meeting.
