As with most parts of the UK our year got off to a wintery start. We had to remain closed until mid-January as our site was frozen solid (including our water supply). Now our team is back and hard at work preparing for the rapidly approaching spring. As we reach the end of January we are beginning to sow the first crops of the season - Spring Greens, Tomatoes and Onions. We are also making the most of this quieter period to improve our site, completing our workshop and compost bays, insulating the rooves of our yurts and housing our new tractor.
