Growing Well donated a gardening course voucher to the local Macmillan Cancer support group for Sedbergh, Dent and Kirkby Lonsdale. An Auction of Promises was held last Friday raising funds for cancer support.
Gillian Cowburn, Marketing Manager for Country Harvest who attended the event says "we not only had LOTS OF FUN - but we raised LOTS of money! The Macmillan ladies raised more than double to what they had hoped for. Well done to the organisers and supporters of the event.
