Training Courses

1. Payment

If you choose “invoice” as a payment method, an invoice will be issued to you once a public course booking is placed. Payment of this invoice is due within the terms highlighted on the invoice. Payment can be made by cheque or BACS (details to appear on the invoice). Payment can also be made by credit or debit card (online or over the phone).

2. Reimbursement

Growing Well reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any of its public training courses. Under these circumstances you will receive a full refund paid either by cheque or BACS. Growing Well cannot be held responsible for any extra costs incurred as a result of a cancelled training course.

3. Cancellation

If you cancel your course booking 1 month or more prior to the course date, you will be refunded the full course fee. If you cancel your course booking 2 weeks to 1 month prior to the course date, you will be refunded 50% of the course fee. If you cancel your course booking 2 weeks or less prior to the course date, or in the event of non-attendance, the course fee will not be refunded.

4. Special Offers

Special offers on courses are periodically available and published on each course page. These periodic special offers are not available to delegates who booked or paid for the public course prior to the special offer becoming available.

Welcome to the growingwell.co.uk Web Site (the “Site”). Growing Well is a company registered under FSA (29680R) and trading as Growing Well Ltd. We provide this Site as a service to its customers. Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our Site (the “Agreement”). Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site.

Although you may “bookmark” a particular portion of this Site and thereby bypass this Agreement, your use of this Site still binds you to the terms. Growing Well reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Site following any such changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. The entire content of Growing Well Site is copyrighted as a collective work under applicable copyright laws, and coordination, arrangement and enhancement of the content.

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the growingwell.co.uk web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

6. Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies

7. Typographical Errors

In the event a growingwell.co.uk product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, growingwell.co.uk shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. growingwell.co.uk shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, growingwell.co.uk shall issue a payment to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

8. Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site/ or completing the shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be terminated by growingwell.co.uk without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

9. Notice

growingwell.co.uk may deliver notice to you by means of electronic mail, a general notice on the site, or by written communication delivered by first class mail to your address on record in growingwell.co.uk order information.

10. Enforcement of Terms and Conditions

16. Your Right to Cancel

At growingwell.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. To read more about our Returns Policy please visit our Shopping with Us page.

Further, under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. To cancel this contract, please notify customer care that you are returning your order, use the returns label on the invoice you received with your order, and then pack the relevant item securely and send it to us with the returns slip so that we receive it within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you. Send the parcel using any secure and traceable method i.e. Recorded/Special delivery, and retain your proof of postage receipt. Please be sure your package is insured and prepaid.
