Many of our beneficiaries are referred to us by local GPs and mental health professionals but it’s really easy to refer yourself. You could be attending Growing Well and working on your mental health recovery within 2 weeks.

What happens next?
We will call you or email you back within 3 working days to chat about how Growing Well could help you, then, if appropriate, arrange for you to visit us at Low Sizergh near Kendal, Tebay Services or West Cumbria.
If we all agree that Growing Well is for you, we will then ask you to complete an application form. We will also ask a doctor or other professional referee to support your application.
