Today was a campaign against beige food. And we nailed it. Absolutely delicious, this creation from our Kitchen Diva went down a storm, and I’d advise anyone to try it!
2 Red Onions
2 Blood Oranges
Bag Sugar Snap Peas
Bag of Radishes
A bit of salt to taste
Break/chop the cauliflower into small florets, and blanch in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Chop the remaining items into small ‘salad size’ (your guess is as good as mine) pieces and add a little oil. The juice from the oranges will mix with this to make a lovely dressing. Add the cauliflower and serve.
