This is how the catering team must feel about their chocolate and peanut cake today. A complete triumph!
1 1/4 cup of plain flour
1 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup warm water
1 tsp peanut butter
1/3 cup coconut oil (melted slightly in the microwave)
1 tsp white or cider vinegar
Method: mix the dry ingredients, mix the wet ingredients, add to the dry ingredients and mix.
Cook at about 180 degrees c for 30 mins
1/2 cup sugar
4 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp soya milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp peanut butter
Method: heat all the ingredients gently until liquid and combined. Pour over the cake once removed from the oven whilst still warm.
