Very very pretty salad, using wild garlic flowers for decoration! Not quite seasonal, as I’ve just found it sitting in my inbox from when Sarah emailed me! You can adapt though!
200g bulgar wheat
175g frozen peas
(cook the bulgar wheat in boiling salted water for 15 mins or until tender, and add the peas for the final 3 mins of cooking)
6 tbsp garlic oil
juice of 1 lemon
handful of herbs such as mint, parsley, chives, roughly chopped
(make the dressing by combining the above ingredients, and stir through the drained bulgar wheat mixture)
