Quick Wholemeal Oaty Bread

This was nice.  A bit different, but nice and chunky, ‘stick to your ribs’ type of bread this.

75g porridge oats

100ml wholemeal flour

1 dessert spoon of baking powder

1 1/2 tbsp agave syrup (no idea what it is, no idea what it does)

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp vegetable oil

225ml soya milk


Grind the oats in a food processor until fine.  Combine the oats, flour, baking powder and salt.

Dissolve the unusual syrup in the vegetable oil and then stir in the milk.

Combine the mixtures until a dough is formed.

Place on an oiled baking tray and bake in a hot oven for 20 mins
