Rocket Hummus

This is a lovely green colour!

400g tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed

Big handful of rocket leaves

2 cloves of garlic

2 tbsp tahini paste

6 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

black pepper to taste

 

Put everything  in a food processor and blend until it’s reasonably smooth, adding olive oil if you need to.  Season and enjoy!
