Make a Referral

Most of our participants are referred to us by local GP’s and mental health professionals, including South Lakes and Barrow Community Mental Health teams.

Structure

Structure

Growing Well, our Mental Health charity, operates from a six acre site at Low Sizergh Farm near Kendal. We grow around 15 tonnes of organic vegetables each year. The people who work with us to grow this produce are all experiencing mental health problems. It is the process of being involved in a regular activity which provides ‘normality’ to life, and supports recovery.
