R.E.D. (Run Every Day) January is a 31-day challenge to do some form of physical activity every day during January! You can run, walk, cycle, tight rope or rolly-polly – whatever is suitable for your fitness level.
Physical activity is great for your mental health and this challenge could be a positive boost to an otherwise potentially gloomy month. Plus, if you choose to take on the challenge for Growing Well, you will also be improving other people’s mental health because any money raised will go towards promoting mental wellbeing in Kendal. It’s a win-win!
