Corporate Partnerships

As a business owner of any size, you should never underestimate the positive role you and your company can play in your local community.

The best businesses express the passions, opinions, and commitments of those who lead and work within them. They employ and develop talent and play a vital role in creating jobs, supporting supply chains, and investing in their local communities and economies.

At Growing Well, we want to work closely with business partners who share and support our passionate belief that practical, down to earth (literally in our case), empathic support can dramatically improve mental health, rebuild relationships, inspire confidence, and develop the self-worth that people need to play an active role in their families, communities, and workplaces.

We work hard to develop partnership links with local organisations of all sizes so together we can make a real difference to the lives of local people. We want to help create healthier, happier communities.

What does a partnership with Growing Well look like?

We purposefully don’t have a defined Corporate Membership programme, we prefer to talk, get to know each other, see how our relationship can develop and tailor it to you.

To give you some ideas you could:

  • Hold employee fundraising activities – ask us for ideas and inspiration.
  • Pledge a set amount from the sales of a specific product or service.
  • Set up Payroll giving, also known as Give As You Earn
  • Make direct regular or one-off donations.
  • Host or sponsor events for us or donate the proceeds from a particular event.
  • Donate prizes and gifts in kind.

What can Growing Well do for you?

There are also a range of services we can deliver to you. For example:

  • Talks for your staff and/or clients about our work.
  • Advice on creating a work environment which positively promotes mental health and wellbeing.
  • Tailored workplace mental health training.
  • Team building events at any of our three sites.
  • Media and social media promotion opportunities.
  • Volunteering opportunities.

We make working in partnership with us simple yet effective and what’s more, whatever you decide to do, we’ll be here to offer you practical support every step of the way.

We transform people’s lives. If our enthusiasm matches yours, and you want to be a part of something special get in touch, come and visit, and start the conversation with one of our Partnerships Managers.
