We rely on donations to continue our work helping people recover their confidence, self-esteem and sense of purpose, meet new people and learn new skills. Our work transforms lives, and sometimes saves lives.
A regular monthly donation gives us guaranteed income and helps us plan our finances better. Growing Well supports adults aged in Cumbria and North Lancashire who are experiencing mental ill health that is seriously disrupting their everyday lives. We offer meaningful activity and purpose in a supportive, non-judgemental environment. We focus on three vital objectives:
- Building emotional resilience,
- Developing life skills and
- Supporting healthier, active living
